Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a maintenance technician in Virginia for a 12-hour rotating shift. You will perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment in a high-speed environment.

Responsibilities include installation, troubleshooting, and repairs with SAP/CMMS documentation, while adhering to GMP and safety standards. This role offers growth within a large manufacturing network.

Qualifications

3+ years of relevant experience in industrial maintenance, electrical, mechanical, or hydraulic roles.
Experience troubleshooting automated equipment, including sensors, valves, pumps, PLCs, and VFDs.
Working knowledge of basic electronics, mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical testing principles.
Proficiency with SAP and CMMS documentation and basic Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Complete scheduled, preventive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment, including cleaning, inspections, lubrication, repairs, and work orders.
Install, troubleshoot, maintain, and improve processing, filling, packaging, and facility equipment in a high-speed manufacturing environment.
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and process systems using SOPs, prints, and diagrams.
Disassemble, repair, rebuild, and replace components like gearboxes, bearings, seals, and motors with precision tools.
Support safe, quality work by following safety, GMP, MRO, and quality policies and keeping the area clean.
Use SAP to document corrective/preventive maintenance, issue parts, and communicate with operators and engineers.
Contribute to continuous improvement by reviewing maintenance history and root-cause solutions.
