Torrey Holistics is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician in Indianapolis, IN. This direct-hire role focuses on maintaining highly automated manufacturing equipment, robotics, and PLC-controlled systems with a night shift schedule (5PM–5AM).

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems.
• Knowledge of motors, bearings, mechanical drives, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electromechanical systems.
• Diagnose equipment failures and perform root cause analysis.
• Maintain and repair conveyors, production machinery, motors, drives, hydraulics, pneumatics, and automated equipment.
• Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment and automation systems.
• Support robotics and automated production equipment.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, manuals, blueprints, and engineering drawings.
• Install and replace sensors, electrical components, and field devices.
• Partner with production teams to maximize uptime and equipment reliability.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, efficiency, and equipment performance.
