Job summary
Torrey Holistics is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician in Indianapolis, IN. This direct-hire role focuses on maintaining highly automated manufacturing equipment, robotics, and PLC-controlled systems with a night shift schedule (5PM–5AM).

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience.
- Experience troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems.
- Knowledge of motors, bearings, mechanical drives, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
- Basic computer skills.
- Strong commitment to safety and quality.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electromechanical systems.
- Diagnose equipment failures and perform root cause analysis.
- Maintain and repair conveyors, production machinery, motors, drives, hydraulics, pneumatics, and automated equipment.
- Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment and automation systems.
- Support robotics and automated production equipment.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, manuals, blueprints, and engineering drawings.
- Install and replace sensors, electrical components, and field devices.
- Partner with production teams to maximize uptime and equipment reliability.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, efficiency, and equipment performance.

As a Maintenance Technician, you will maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and improve highly automated manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
