Job summary

Altium Packaging is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician for the Verona, PA facility. The role covers repairs, preventive maintenance and calibration on blow mold machinery, trimmers, and related equipment, ensuring adherence to GMPs and safety standards.

The position includes 3rd shift responsibilities with potential overtime; heavy lifting up to 50 lbs and periodic plant-wide collaboration are required to maintain optimal processing conditions.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements: basic math, basic computer skills, pneumatics and hydraulics basics, and excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on blow mold production equipment and related machinery.
• Install, adjust and repair blow mold, trimmers, palletizer and related equipment.
• Inspect, replace and rebuild hoses, valves and pumps as needed.
• Troubleshoot root causes and repair blow mold, baggers and support equipment.
• Operate blow mold or injection machines as needed.
• Maintain safe work practices and comply with GMPs and safety standards.
