Job summary

Jobot is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician in Germantown, WI for on-site, permanent employment. The role covers predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance on plant equipment across food and beverage processing lines, with a 6pm–6am AWS rotation and 2 shifts.

Candidates need 2+ years of industrial maintenance, experience with electrical systems, PLCs (Allen Bradley), welding, and ability to read schematics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Experience in food manufacturing or processing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance on plant equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems (480V, 240V, 120V).
• Diagnose and troubleshoot PLC systems (Allen Bradley).
• Conduct mechanical repairs on conveyors, augers, mixers, pumps, and drive systems.
• Perform maintenance on fillers, cappers, cookers, coolers, and processing equipment.
• Execute welding and fabrication tasks, including torch cutting and plasma cutting.
• Maintain and repair refrigeration systems, boilers, and water softeners.
• Read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and plant safety procedures.
• Perform lubrication, inspections, and general maintenance tasks.
• Support plant operations by minimizing downtime and improving equipment reliability.
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment as needed.
