Job summary
Dessert Holdings is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to support our 3rd shift manufacturing operations in Humble, TX. This role maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs production and facility equipment to maximize reliability and minimize downtime, with strong emphasis on PLCs, 480V electrical systems, VFDs, and automation.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience with electrical focus.
- Hands-on PLC troubleshooting in manufacturing.
- Experience troubleshooting 480V electrical systems.
- Experience with VFDs, sensors, motors, and controls.
- Ability to read electrical diagrams and OEM documentation.
- Experience with preventive maintenance practices.
- Must have HACCP Certification.
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot PLCs and automated control systems.
- Install, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair electrical systems up to 480 volts.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain VFDs, sensors, motors, and controls.
- Read electrical diagrams, schematics, and OEM docs to support repairs.
- Complete Preventive Maintenance (PM) activities as scheduled.
- Lead Maintenance for assigned area teams and support Line Centric Teams.
- Document maintenance activities accurately in the CMMS.
