Spectraforce Technologies is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to support Bremen, IN manufacturing operations. The role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production machinery with a strong emphasis on electrical and mechanical reliability.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, a solid background in electrical systems up to 480V, and proficiency with CMMS tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical and electrical maintenance background.
• Experience troubleshooting electrical systems up to 480V.
• Hands-on experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Experience documenting maintenance activities in CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions using logical methods.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on production equipment.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on motors and conveyors.
• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems up to 480V.
• Test electrical systems with diagnostic equipment and continuity tests.
• Maintain maintenance records in CMMS and document equipment history.
• Identify and replace failed parts and components.
• Adhere to safety procedures during maintenance activities.
