Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Night Shift Maintenance Mechanic for a 2-2-3 rotating 12-hour schedule, 7p–7a, at our Fremont, IN plant. Starting pay ranges from $32.00 to $45.00 per hour, with a $3.50/hour shift premium.

The role requires diagnosing and repairing plastic injection molding equipment and related systems. Responsibilities include preventive and emergency maintenance, documenting work, and ensuring safety.

Qualifications

• High school education or GED equivalent, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrated dexterity and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and carry 50 pounds safely.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair plant equipment.
• Work safely, efficiently, and cooperatively with maintenance team.
• Document work performed and maintain clean work areas.
