Job summary

Qualifications

• Reads blueprints/technical drawings to perform mechanical tasks.
• Welds and fabricates metal parts (gas, MIG, TIG) per instructions.
• Follows Good Manufacturing Practices and food safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and test equipment.
• Read and follow blueprints; update log books with work performed.
• Support annual machine overhauls and equipment upgrades.
• Provide training on new or existing equipment.
• Adhere to safety, LOTO procedures and GMP requirements.
