Job summary

Didion Inc. in Cambria, WI is seeking an Industrial Loadout Equipment Specialist (Food-Grade) to move railcars and trailers, load finished products, and keep equipment mission-ready for daily operations.

This is a full-time night shift role (6pm–6am) with pay range $25–$30 per hour, DOE. You will operate locomotives and yard trucks, coordinate rail and truck loadouts, and maintain strict food safety and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; technical schooling a plus.
• Experience with locomotives or yard trucks preferred.
• Background in manufacturing or food-safe operations is beneficial.
• Strong problem-solving; able to work independently and as a teammate.
• Reliable, safety-focused, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Operate and inspect equipment to ensure safe, consistent performance.
• Hit shipment timelines by coordinating truck and rail loadouts.
• Perform conductor/grounds tasks to support rail movements.
• Keep assets clean, maintained, and staged for the next job.
• Use scheduling and maintenance tech to document work.
• Follow food safety and workplace safety standards at all times.
