Job summary

South Dakota Soybean Processors LLC is seeking a Loadout Technician to oversee safe and efficient rail and truck loadout operations on a 12-hour rotating shift. You will switch between operating a computer, moving rail cars, and managing safety and sanitation to control dust while coordinating with plant personnel.

Night shift differential pay applies. The team environment is collaborative, with company-sponsored events, strong pay, and development opportunities for all employees.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication is essential.
• Basic data entry into spreadsheets and email use required.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work with others.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety and SQF compliance in all work areas.
• Interact professionally with facility team members and departments.
• Operate loadout equipment for trucks and rail applications safely and efficiently.
• Record inspections, documentation, and outbound load records.
• Participate in light maintenance and equipment inspections.
• Identify and report safety or mechanical issues promptly.
