Amcor Flexibles, LLC in Tolleson, AZ is seeking an experienced Equipment Maintenance Technician to repair electrical and mechanical molding equipment. The role requires safety focus, attention to detail, and teamwork to support production lines on a 12-hour night shift.

The position offers $28.00 to $38.00 per hour plus a $2.00 per hour shift differential, with bi-annual bonus compensation. Requires 3–5 years of relevant maintenance experience and an associate degree or equivalent technical

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college/technical school.
• 3–5 years of industrial equipment maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience with PLCs, drives, and robots.
• Ability to read and interpret safety and maintenance docs.

Responsibilities

• Install, alter, maintain, troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical molding equipment.
• Maintain PM and work-order files in databases.
• Follow GMP and HACCP practices and operate overhead cranes.
• Support and work as a team in a fast-paced production environment.
• Adhere to safety and quality policies and respond to process interruptions.
