Job summary

Pratt Industries is seeking an Industrial Electrician for the night shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) at our Fort Worth plant. You will install, maintain, and repair electrical systems on corrugated paper production lines and conveyors, troubleshoot faults quickly, and perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.

The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing, a valid electrician license (Journeyman preferred), and proficiency with PLCs, VFDs, and reading schematics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with electrical apprenticeship or formal training.
• At least 5 years as an industrial electrician in manufacturing.
• Valid electrician license; Journeyman preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems for corrugated paper machinery and conveyors.
• Troubleshoot routine and complex electrical faults in production lines and plant equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with NEC and OSHA electrical safety standards.
• Calibrate and test electrical systems, sensors, and instruments used in production.
• Collaborate with maintenance team to integrate electrical components with mechanical/automation systems.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
