Job summary

Prysmian Group is seeking an experienced Electrician for our 3rd shift. You will assemble, install, test and maintain electrical equipment on continuous manufacturing lines, ensuring compliance with regulatory codes and safety standards.

Requires RI Journeyman license and 2+ years of industrial electrical experience. The role involves PLC/PLCs troubleshooting, VFD programming, testing with meters, and operating a forklift in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• RI Journeyman license required.
• 2+ years of journey-level industrial electrical experience.
• Pre-employment background, drug and work screen required.
• Regular shift 8 hours; overtime on weekends and callouts.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, install, test and maintain electrical equipment on continuous manufacturing equipment.
• Maintain electrical equipment to meet regulatory codes at country, state and federal levels.
• Troubleshoot PLCs; program VFDs.
• Safely operate forklift and high lift.
• Test electrical systems with ohmmeters, voltmeters and oscilloscopes.
