Job summary

Jobot is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician in Highland, IN to troubleshoot, repair, and overhaul equipment. You will perform preventative maintenance and routine electrical/mechanical problem solving on-site during 7pm–7am shifts, four days on, four days off, year-round.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and 7+ years in manufacturing, with strong math, safety awareness, and reliability. Background checks and drug testing are required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years' experience in manufacturing.
• Previous machine operation, material handling, production or warehouse experience required.
• Good math, measurement, and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting, repair and overhaul of equipment.
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance.
• Conduct routine electrical and mechanical problem solving on equipment.
