MPW Industrial Services, Inc. is seeking a dedicated 3rd Shift Industrial Cleaner to support our front-line cleaning and labor tasks across assigned sites. The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and teamwork in a fast-paced industrial setting.

You'll perform cleaning and light maintenance, operate basic equipment, and document shift activities while upholding OSHA guidelines and MPW safety standards. This position offers a stable, full-time opportunity with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; some high school acceptable.
• Basic understanding of mechanical concepts and equipment operation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor over long shifts.
• Ability to communicate effectively with teammates and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Arrive on time and maintain professional attitude toward coworkers and customers.
• Perform industrial cleaning and support tasks as directed by team leaders.
• Operate manual tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Monitor processes to ensure quality standards and efficiency.
• Identify and report equipment issues or safety concerns immediately.
• Keep work areas and break spaces clean and safe at all times.
• Complete daily shift documentation and inventory reports as requested.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new employees.
• Follow company policies, safety standards, and supervisor instructions.
• Communicate progress and issues clearly to supervisors.
• Perform additional duties to support operations.
