Job summary

MPW Industrial Services is seeking a dependable Technician for the 3rd shift (Sunday–Thursday, 9:30pm–6:00am) to support on-site industrial cleaning and labor tasks. You will contribute to safe, efficient operations across multiple job sites.

Responsibilities include cleaning, operating basic tools safely, documenting shift activity, and assisting with onboarding. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, with OSHA awareness and a teamwork‑oriented mindset essential to success.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform continuous physical labor.

Responsibilities

• Arrive on time and maintain professionalism.
• Perform industrial cleaning and labor support tasks.
• Operate manual tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Monitor processes for quality and efficiency.
• Identify and report equipment issues or safety concerns.
• Keep work areas, equipment and break spaces clean and safe.
• Complete daily shift documentation.
• Assist with onboarding of new employees.
• Follow company policies and OSHA/MPW safety standards.
• Communicate progress to supervisors and team members.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
