Responsibilities

• Arrive on time to job sites and maintain a respectful attitude toward coworkers and customers.
• Perform industrial cleaning and labor support as directed by team leaders or account managers.
• Operate manual tools and production-related equipment safely and efficiently.
• Monitor processes to ensure quality and efficiency standards are met.
• Identify safety concerns, equipment issues, or process problems and report them immediately to the team leader.
• Keep work areas and equipment clean, organized, and safe at all times.
• Complete daily documentation such as shift summaries, logs, and inventory reports as requested.
• Assist with on-the-job training and onboarding of new employees or transfers.
