Job summary

100Hires, Inc. is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to support a Tennessee manufacturing site. You will maintain conveyors, robotic welders, hydraulics, pneumatics, and servo equipment, ensuring continuous operation.

The role requires PLC/HMI expertise, strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, and a forklift license. You will document PMs in ERP, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and uphold safety standards in a high-output environment.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree strongly preferred.
4+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
3+ years of auto-supplier, steel stamping maintenance experience.
Strong PLC/HMI troubleshooting ability.
Forklift license required; basic MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

Perform maintenance and repairs on conveyors, robotic welders, hydraulics, pneumatics, and servo equipment.
Troubleshoot PLC hardware/software and wiring; support HMI functionality.
Conduct machine safety inspections and ensure regulatory compliance.
Document work in ERP; track PMs and manage parts inventory.
Coordinate with production control, tool room, and quality to optimize uptime.
Operate forklifts and assist with material handling as needed.
