Southeastern Freight Lines is seeking an Inbound Dock Supervisor to oversee dock operations and supervise dock associates. You will route shipments, load/unload freight, and ensure P&D units close on time with special customer requests handled reliably.

You will use loss prevention practices, plan warehouse layouts, and set work procedures while guiding staff and maintaining risk controls. This role is for a third shift position at our service center.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of dock or leadership experience or completion of Southeasta's Management Training Program.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee dock operations and supervise dock associates.
• Coordinate routing of shipments and loading/unloading of freight.
• Establish control to ensure P&D units are closed on time and handle special customer requests.
• Ensure inbound close-out for timeliness.
• Maintain loss prevention plan in the Service Center with team effort and process improvement.
• Plan warehouse layout considering turnover, size and weight of items stored.
• Determine work procedures, prepare work schedule, and expedite workflow.
• Assign duties and examine work for exactness, neatness, and conformance to policies.
• Maintain focus on risks and implement adequate controls.
