Requirements include an approved nursing program graduate and RN licensure; ACLS and NIHSS are required upon hire for ICU roles. A BSN is preferred, with 1 year ICU experience and 3+ years desired for advanced duties.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an approved/accredited nursing program.
• RN license issued by appropriate authority; BNE/ACLS/NIHSS may be required.
• BSN preferred at UT Southwestern Medical Center.
• Experience: ICU RN; 1 year minimum; 3+ years ICU preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform and document comprehensive patient assessments and care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to coordinate care.
• Prioritize interventions; monitor changes and adjust care as needed.
