Job summary

Centerpoint Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for ICU Nights to deliver high-quality, patient-centered critical care. The RN coordinates with physicians and the care team to implement evidence-based interventions in a fast-paced ICU environment.

Qualified candidates will hold an RN license (Diploma or AD) and have or commit to ACLS, BLS, and TNCC within required timeframes. This role supports centerline patient outcomes and continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• ACLS cert within 1 year of start date.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of start date.
• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) within 1 year of start date.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient-centered, high-quality care in the ICU with a focus on rapid assessments and interventions.
• Documents care accurately in the medical record and communicates changes to the care team.
• Educates patients and families about condition, treatment plans, medications, and post-discharge care.
