The night shift Critical Care Advanced Practice Provider ( APP ) functions within the adult ICU areas and is an integral member of a multidisciplinary health care team. The APP manages critically ill adults, serving as a resource for intensive care interventions and daily patient care from ICU to discharge.

It may involve ICU triage and outpatient follow-up in some cases. Anesthesiology Critical Care APPs will work 6 clinical shifts, with additional shifts compensated at market rate; 1

Qualifications

• APRN with ACNP certification or PA-C certification is required.
• Experience in critical care settings is essential.
• Ability to work night shifts and on-call as part of APP duties.

Responsabilités

• Care for critically ill adults primarily in the adult ICU.
• Serve as a resource for intensive care interventions on a multidisciplinary team.
• Manage day-to-day patient care from ICU to discharge, including ICU triage when applicable.
• Maintain evidenced-based practice, thorough documentation, and ongoing professional development.
