Cleveland Clinic Indian River Hospital is seeking a dedicated Critical Care Nocturnist Advanced Practice Provider (APRN or PA) to join our Critical Care team. The APP will deliver evidence-based inpatient care in collaboration with hospitalists, specialists, and nursing staff in a dynamic, team-based environment focused on excellence, safety, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited APRN program; Master’s degree required upon hire.
• Graduate of an ARC-approved Physician Assistant Program; Master’s degree in PA studies or higher preferred or required depending on state licensure.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans for acutely ill adults.
• Manage admissions, rounds, consults, and discharges in hospital settings.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests; prescribe medications and therapies as appropriate.
• Document care clearly in the EMR and communicate with the care team and families.
• Participate in rounds, quality initiatives, and ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
