Job summary

Idaho Milk Products is seeking an AHS / DIP Operator in Jerome, Idaho. You will operate and monitor after-hardening and coating equipment to produce ice cream and frozen desserts, ensuring accuracy of ingredients, coatings, and finished products.

The role emphasizes food safety, quality control, and adherence to SOPs, HACCP and GMP standards while collaborating with multiple teams in a fast-paced plant environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in dairy or food manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to read and follow recipes and production instructions.
• Familiarity with HACCP, GMP and food safety practices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor AHS and DIP systems for ingredient handling and product processing.
• Verify ingredients and packaging materials prior to production startup.
• Ensure production runs meet formulations, specifications and quality standards.
• Document production and quality data accurately and timely.
• Coordinate with Maintenance and Production leadership to resolve equipment issues.
• Assist with sanitation and compliance as required.
