Job summary

Saks Global is seeking a Weekend Shift IC/QA Coordinator for the Distribution Center to ensure on-time delivery and accurate inventory. The role collaborates with leadership on issue resolution and supports a non-managerial staff structure.

You will perform material handling, priority freight decisions, and verifying correct merchandise reception while upholding safety and cleanliness standards throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently.
• Can communicate effectively with leadership, business partners, and customers.
• Generate a variety of approaches to problem solving.
• Open to learning and developing new skills and processes.
• Ability to use and/or learn a RF Scanner.
• Ability to work a pre-set schedule.
• Good computer skills with an ability to learn Warehouse Management Systems.
• Ability to operate manual pallet jack.
• Ability to stand for an entire shift and lift/pull/push up to 50 lbs. repetitively.
• Must have understanding of English language both written and verbal. Must be able to communicate understanding of English during the interview process.

Responsibilities

• Perform all functions of the department including processing, material handling, and problem resolution.
• Problem solving receipt issues to outside business partners.
• Prioritize freight to achieve daily goals.
• Verify merchandise is received correctly.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping standards.
