Job summary

Saks Global is seeking a Night Shift IC/QA Specialist to ensure accuracy and quality across the product life cycle from receiving to shipping. The role reports to the Manager of Quality Assurance/Inventory Control and requires flexibility for overtime.

The position is based in the United States with an hourly wage range of $17.05 to $21.32, depending on market and experience. Comprehensive benefits and employee discounts are included for eligible full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma and at least one year of administrative experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and data entry.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities

• Compile and compose various reports in support of department objectives.
• Check and review records for accuracy and make corrections as needed.
• Maintain polite and professional communication with coworkers and customers.
• Input and review data using reporting systems and computer applications.
• Follow directions, both written and verbal, and work overtime as needed.
• Organize and prioritize large volumes of information and respond to questions.
