Job summary

Equinix Denver is seeking a team member for a night-shift role focused on maintaining and evolving critical infrastructure powering the digital world. You will manage queues, assist in installations, and support datacenter cross-connects, testing, and troubleshooting with cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and 2–4 years of related experience, with a commitment to accurate reporting, stakeholder collaboration, and customer satisfaction on-site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 2-4 years of equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Queue management and reporting: review work orders, support cross-functional teams, ensure accurate reporting and keep written records.
• Installations: assist with rack and stack, read installation plans, support cabling, and note capacity concerns.
• Cross-Connect: support datacenter cross-connect work, installations, terminations, modifications, testing.
• Testing / Troubleshooting: assist with layer 1-3 certification testing and circuit troubleshooting, escalate as needed.
• Stakeholder Partnership: monitor stock, coordinate with teams, provide back-up to security if needed.
• Customer Management: ensure timely order execution and high-level customer service on-site.
• Projects: coordinate vendors for IBX projects and perform QA on deployments.
• Training: complete training timely and help guidance to junior team members.
