Job summary

Complete Hydraulics, a division of Ohio Machinery Co, in Bolivar, OH, seeks a skilled Hydraulic Assembly/Disassembly technician to rebuild and repair hydraulic cylinders. The role requires familiarity with internal and external hydraulic components, precise testing, and the use of wrenches, air tools, torque wrenches, and hydraulic equipment.

Shift is Sunday-Thursday, 10:00pm-6:30am. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and at least three years in a heavy equipment or hydraulic repair

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Three years of experience in a heavy equipment or hydraulic repair shop environment required.
• Knowledge of internal and external parts of hydraulic components, how they work, how they operate, and proper testing procedures required.
• Competencies in the use of wrenches, air tools, torque wrenches, and hydraulically operated equipment required.
• Must have own set of mechanics tools
• Must have strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work individually and with a team is required.
• Must have strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Rebuild and repair hydraulic cylinders using wrenches, air tools, torque wrenches, and hydraulically operated equipment.
• Maintain knowledge of internal and external parts of hydraulic components and how they work.
• Perform testing procedures to verify proper operation of hydraulic systems.
