Job summary

JLL is seeking an HVAC Technician for an on-site role in Malvern, PA. The position requires a strong background in electrical/HVAC systems, with 5+ years of relevant experience and an EPA universal license.

You will perform installation, repair, and preventive maintenance across base-building systems while ensuring safety and efficiency. The role emphasizes teamwork and reliable communication with facilities teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of relevant working experience preferred.
• EPA universal license required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Completes installation, repair, and maintenance of base building and critical system machinery and equipment.
• Performs maintenance requests and ensures minimal disruption to operations.
• Supports preventative maintenance on pumps, motors, boilers, chillers, and AHU/FCU/RTU systems.
• Orders parts, maintains inventory, and ensures safe storage of hazardous materials.
