Job summary

Enerflex Ltd. is seeking an HSE Representative (Night Shift) to advise, lead, and coach on Health, Safety, and Environmental programs. You will develop and sustain HSE policies and drive incidents towards zero, in alignment with local, state, and federal regulations.

The role requires coordinating safety audits, leading safety meetings, and ensuring safe operations on the shop floor and yard. West Texas residency is expected, with a strong emphasis on integrity and proactive problem-solving.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years’ HSE experience in manufacturing or related industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in safety or industrial health; 7 years may substitute.
• Experience with emergency response procedures (ICS/EMS).
• Valid driver’s license with ability to drive to locations in the region.
• Flexibility with working hours, including nights.
• Strong planner and organizer; adaptable to change and deadlines.
• Excellent judgment; able to resolve conflicts and propose solutions.
• Demonstrates integrity and effective communication at all levels.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to reside in West Texas year-round and adapt to schedules.

Responsibilities

• Assist and coach management and employees on HSE programs and policies.
• Coordinate safety audits and monthly meetings
• Maintain action-item database from audits and meetings
• Set up drug/alcohol testing for new hires
• Oversee on-site contractor work staff
