Job summary

CBRE Health, Safety and Environment team seeks an Associate to assist with developing procedures and operational guidance within the EHS program. The role supports organizational programs to safeguard employees and surrounding communities, with a night shift from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM, Monday through Saturday.

Responsibilities include monitoring health and safety performance, implementing strategic solutions, ensuring regulatory permits and records are properly stored, and presenting inspection

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of related experience.
• Knowledge of processes and procedures in health, safety, and environment.
• Ability to communicate complex content concisely.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional support in monitoring injury, illness, and incident-related performance.
• Assist with development and implementation of strategic solutions to improve performance results.
• Verify permits, licenses, applications, and records are stored correctly for compliance purposes.
• Present inspection records, complaints, and suspected violations to management with recommended solutions.
• Inform management, clients, and employees of advanced control regulations and inspection findings.
• Assist management in cost reduction and quality improvement initiatives.
• Gather and analyze data to identify and solve complex problems. May suggest new techniques.
• Impact own team and related teams; suggest process improvements.
