Job summary

CBRE Health, Safety and Environment Supervisor leads a team to create and implement health, safety, and environmental programs for clients. The role sits within the Environment Health and Safety function, safeguarding employees and surrounding communities.

Shift: 2:00PM-11:00PM, Monday–Friday. You will guide playbooks, drive regulatory compliance, mentor staff, and seek opportunities to reduce costs while improving service quality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of job-related experience.
• Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred.
• In-depth understanding of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function.
• Ability to explain complex concepts or sensitive information.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational skills with a master-level inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing HSE programs and initiatives to meet regulatory requirements and client needs.
• Evaluate new and existing programs to assess suitability and need for changes.
• Support monitoring of injury, illness, and incident-related performance.
• Act as a resource to staff and internal customers as the subject matter expert.
• Oversee playbooks and procedures to ensure they are current and effectively implemented.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs while enhancing service quality.
• Establish work schedules and delegate tasks to staff.
• Resolve complex problems and identify appropriate approaches to existing solutions.
• Lead by example and model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values.
