The Salvation Army Fort Smith Corps is seeking an overnight lodge supervisor to manage daily housing operations, coordinate meals, transportation, counseling, and educational support for residents.

The role emphasizes safety, rule compliance, staff and resident supervision, and accurate record keeping, including intake and inventory. A high school diploma or GED and relevant public service experience are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Two years' experience in a social or public service environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day lodge operations to provide housing, food, transportation, counseling, and educational assistance.
• Ensures paperwork is completed and clients follow house rules in compliance with regulations.
• Monitors safety, checks security, and responds to emergencies per policy.
• Opens/closes the lodge and coordinates daily client intake and record-keeping.
• Plans and assigns chores and manages inventory and donations.
