Prismhr Hire in Honolulu, HI is seeking a Supervisor, Housekeeping to participate in and supervise routine cleaning across assigned areas, collaborating with team members and management to ensure day-to-day custodial tasks are performed efficiently.

The role requires hands-on supervision, training, ensuring safety, meeting client expectations, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Evening/night shift from 8pm to 4am with a $25/hour pay rate.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to lift 30 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Frequent travel to client locations.
• Evenings, weekends and holidays availability.
• Shift from 8pm to 4am.
• Hourly: $25.00/hour.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day supervision of janitorial crews promoting efficiency and creating a sense of teamwork.
• Use hands-on supervision to ensure employees have the necessary information and tools to perform duties; provide training as needed.
• Ensure crews perform to standards and communicate performance with management.
• Oversee work sites and meet with clients to discuss inspections, complaints, or needs.
• Exercise initiative to oversee custodial work with a focus on safety, cleanliness, organization and efficiency.
• Read, understand and grasp housekeeping scope of work and company policies.
