Job summary

Qualifications

• Willing to train; prior experience not required.
• Candidates must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to climb stairs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine housekeeping tasks (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning windows and surfaces).
• Clean and disinfect restrooms and fixtures; restock supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness of lobbies, corridors, meeting rooms, and break areas.
• Clean and sanitize surfaces, equipment, and furniture with appropriate cleaners.
• Report damages or maintenance needs to supervisor and follow safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team to ensure efficient janitorial services.
