The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, relevant certification, and a passion for helping others.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification or completed training program or 3 months or more experience as a phlebotomist.
• 1 year or more of phlebotomy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, and alcohol tests.
• Perform data entry of patient information.
• Process billing information and collect payments.
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing.
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
• Provide superior customer service to all patients.
• Complete administrative and clerical duties.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.
