Job summary

St. Luke's University Health Network is seeking a Maintenance Technician for full-time night shifts at the Anderson Campus.

The role requires at least three years of experience in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry or electronics, with a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license. You will inspect, maintain, test, install and repair hospital systems, coordinating with the Engineering team to ensure safe operations and regulatory compliance while delivering reliable care

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three years of experience in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry or electronics preferred.
• Valid state issued motor vehicle license.
• Technical school certification may substitute for up to 18 months of experience.
• Resume and past seven years of employment history requested.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, test, maintain, install, repair, and modify hospital systems and equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and coordinate with supervisor to update routines.
• Communicate with supervisory, nurses, patients and staff to ensure optimal care and environment.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and national codes; report violations.
• Use hand and power tools and test equipment safely.
