Atrium Health Lake Norman is seeking a full-time Environmental Services Technician to maintain a clean and safe hospital environment. The role includes cleaning duties across patient and work areas, supporting infection control, and ensuring compliance with health standards.

Starting pay is $18.85 per hour with full benefits and a comprehensive total rewards package. Work schedule is 40 hours per week, 2300–0730, Monday through Friday with every other weekend as scheduled.

Qualifications

• Preferred: High School diploma or GED.
• Preferred: One year experience.
• Able to prioritize assignments to complete work on time.
• Able to operate cleaning equipment and work with coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Performs cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting and sanitizing furniture, equipment, mirrors and fixtures.
• Washes windows, walls, ceilings, vents and light fixtures.
• Sweeps, scrubs and refinishes floors.
