Job summary

Atrium Health Lincoln Environmental Services Technician is a part-time role (20 hours per week) based in Lincolnton, NC. Responsibilities include cleaning assigned areas, sanitizing surfaces, and maintaining restrooms, with a night shift from 10:30pm to 7am and holiday/weekend requirements.

The payerange starts at $18.85 per hour and goes up to $28.30 per hour. The position offers education assistance, wellness incentives, parental benefits, comprehensive health benefits, and retirement

Qualifications

• Preferred: High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Preferred: One year experience.
• Can prioritize assignments to complete work in a timely manner.
• Can operate equipment.
• Can establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Performs complete cleaning of assigned areas to include, but not limited to: Dusting and sanitizing furniture, equipment, mirrors and fixtures.
• Washing windows, walls, ceilings, vents and light fixtures.
• Sweeping, scrubbing and refinishing floors.
• Vacuuming and shampooing carpet.
• Re-stocking restrooms and replacing light bulbs.
• Reporting repairs and maintaining a safe working environment.
