Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum six months housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning materials, equipment and methods helpful.
• Strong customer service and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and sanitary environment in patient rooms and assigned areas following infection control guidelines.
• Clean patient rooms, hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and other work areas.
• Wear appropriate protective equipment and keep storage areas tidy.
• Operate cleaning equipment and assist in laundry areas as appropriate.
