Job summary

OhioHealth is seeking an Environmental Services Associate to join our Environmental Services team on a night shift. You will clean patient rooms, public areas and service spaces, delivering reliable, patient-centered service in a high-demand healthcare environment.

Qualifications

No Degree or Diploma.
HS diploma/GED preferred for individuals over 18 and not in high school.
16- and 17-year-old individuals without a high school diploma or GED will be considered only if they have a valid work permit.
18-year-old individuals enrolled in high school do not need a high school diploma/GED/work permit to be considered.

Responsibilities

Provides cleaning and maintenance of patient rooms, public areas and service areas.
Move beds or furniture as needed and complete required paperwork to monitor departmental statistics.
Follow direction and proper usage of equipment and notify area through work order processes.
Stock carts and areas with linen and supplies; perform other duties to meet cleanliness and safety standards.
Maintain high level of customer service to patients and other customers.
