• 40% Obtains assigned cleaning or maintenance requests from automated system, daily assignment sheet, or verbal direction; performs duties and completes paperwork to monitor statistics.
• 20% Follows directions and uses all equipment safely; notifies areas through work orders and paperwork to maintain equipment and supplies.
• 10% Keeps carts and areas stocked to appropriate levels; linen distribution included.
• 10% Willing to take on other duties like storeroom maintenance to meet cleanliness and safety standards.
• 20% Delivers high levels of customer service across the organization as part of a high reliability culture.
