Job summary

Regions Hospital is seeking a Custodial Worker II to provide a clean and safe environment for patients and staff. Responsibilities include cleaning specified hospital areas, moving supplies, and performing environmental services per department needs.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and custodial experience in a hospital setting, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push 30 pounds. Casual, part-time schedule with weekend rotation.

Qualifications

• Must read and follow directions in English.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push 30 pounds

Responsibilities

• Clean and service hospital areas per procedures (ORs, L&D, Cath Lab, ER, Burn Unit)
• Move supplies and light equipment per department setup requests
• Perform environmental services to maintain sanitary conditions
• Other duties as assigned
