Qualifications

• Knowledge of cooking methods and food safety expectations.
• Ability to communicate in English and follow written instructions.
• Experience in a high-volume foodservice environment is preferred.
• Basic math and counting with money and weights for portions.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure while maintaining quality.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, sanitary kitchen and record temperatures.
