Job summary

HHS Culinary and Nutrition Solutions, LLC (USA) at Bon Secours Clermont Hospital is actively seeking a dedicated cook for full-time shifts. You will prepare meals for patients, visitors, and staff, following established recipes and safety guidelines.

Under the chef/production manager’s supervision, you’ll maintain a clean workspace, adhere to health policies, and support the team to ensure smooth operation of the cafeteria, hospital kitchen, and catering events.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a commercial kitchen.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Communicate effectively in English and work well in a team environment.
• Maintain good personal hygiene, be neatly groomed and in uniform.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality meals for patients, visitors, and hospital staff.
• Follow company recipes and guidelines to prepare all food items.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow sanitation procedures.
• Adhere to health and safety policies and assist team members as needed.
