Qualifications

• Must meet hospital vaccination requirements.
• Work in a hospital morgue.
• Must be able to restrain individuals.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation as per laws.
• Drug screen as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply before employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures and policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols in healthcare facilities, parking areas and perimeters to identify hazards and policy concerns.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and follow site procedures while notifying leadership.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and verifying credentials as directed.
• Prepare clear, accurate incident and patrol reports and communicate information to site leadership.
