Job summary

D Dawson and Dawson Home Care, LLC is seeking an Overnight Care Professional in Beaufort, SC. You will provide non-medical in-home care during night hours, ensuring safety, comfort, and dignity for elderly and disabled clients.

Responsibilities include helping with ADLs, monitoring wellbeing, and documenting nightly care. Prior caregiving experience is preferred, with shift options from 7 PM to 7 AM, 8 PM to 8 AM, or 11 PM to 7/8 AM.

Qualifications

• Availability for overnight shifts
• Experience in caregiving preferred
• Ability to stay calm, focused, and responsive at night
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to high-quality care
• Strong documentation and reporting of overnight observations

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive overnight care, including grooming, dressing, bathing, and ADLs
• Monitor client safety, comfort, and well-being during the night
• Assist with light household tasks to maintain a clean, safe overnight environment
• Deliver compassionate care for clients with dementia, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, or disabilities
• Issue medication reminders per-night schedules
• Accurately document all overnight care services and incident reports
