Job summary

The role involves performing highway maintenance tasks, debris removal, and repairs to signs and guardrails, concrete work, and related duties in a safety-conscious, regulatory-compliant manner. You must have a High School Diploma or GED, be able to lift up to 50 pounds, operate basic hand/power tools, and pass background checks; CDL-A is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and ability to pass background checks.
• Knowledge of local driving rules and regulations.
• Carry out simple arithmetic functions.
• Maintain safety equipment required for each job.

• Ability to adjust to changing work schedule and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform highway maintenance tasks and debris removal.
• Repair signs, guardrails, and concrete as needed.
• Operate equipment and use tools to complete tasks safely.
• Work scheduled hours 7:30 PM–4:00 AM with on-call duties.
