Job summary

Menasha Corporation is seeking a High-Pressure Operator for the night shift in Urbana, OH to support a fast-paced production line. You will prepare products for shipment according to guidelines and customer specs, ensuring quality and efficiency.

Read documentation, perform assembly with hand tools, maintain flow, and inspect finished goods. This role also includes training new staff and supporting CI and 5S initiatives.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety standards.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare products for shipment according to guidelines and customer specifications.
• Read and interpret product documentation, including quality alerts, safety alerts, and standard work instructions.
• Clean, trim, and assemble components using hand tools to meet fit, form, and function requirements.
• Maintain continuous production flow to prevent backlog at workstations.
• Inspect finished products to ensure high quality and customer satisfaction.
• Support training of new employees and assist other departments as needed.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including CI, 5S, and standard work practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
